Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free local shipping for orders above S$100, and free overseas shipping for orders above S$200.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 4 working days for delivery within Singapore

4 to 7 working days for overseas delivery

You may email support@ninjavan.sg with your request. Please remember to quote the tracking number of the order.

How can I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address for your order, you just need to check out as usual. From there, you can enter your shipping address. If you have an account with us, the shipping address will automatically updated in your account profile upon checkout successfully. Alternatively, you may go to My Account > Edit Profile/Password, click on the Edit button of Shipping Address and then update the shipping address accordingly.

Do you ship to my country?

Some products ship internationally and some only to South East Asia. Please check the individual product page for more details on shipping availability.

Is there a minimum purchase required?

There is no minimum purchase required.

Where is HealthScoop based?

We are based in Singapore, and orders are shipped from Singapore.

Are your products authentic?

The products we sell on HealthScoop are individually and carefully curated to ensure that we only bring the best to our customers.

Do you have a physical store/location?

We do not have a physical store as we are dedicated to keep overheads cost low, and passing the savings to you!

How do I modify or cancel my order?

 

To modify/cancel your order, please write in to orders@myhealthscoop.com with your request. Please remember to quote the order number. Please note that once the status states “Completed”, you cannot cancel your order.

What are the payment methods available?

Payment can be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit cards) or via PayPal.
