For every dollar you spend at Healthscoop, you get 1 point. Reward points are calculated based on the final total cart amount. This means that if your cart amount is $50 and you have redeemed $1 off this order, the amount of reward points you have for this order is 49 points.
How do I use my rewards points?
You can key in the number of points that you want to redeem at the Check Out page. Every 10 reward points redeemed, user will enjoy SGD$1 off.
Reward points cannot be used together with a coupon code for the same order.
I have just signed up, where do I get my rewards points?
Upon logging in to your account, go to My Account and you will be able to see your points balance on the account dashboard.
How do I create an account?
Its easy! Just go to the Login Page, fill in your details under ‘REGISTER’, and click Register!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free local shipping for orders above S$60, and free overseas shipping for orders above S$200.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 4 working days for delivery within Singapore

How can I change my shipping address?
To change the shipping address for your order, you just need to check out as usual. From there, you can enter your shipping address. If you have an account with us, the shipping address will automatically updated in your account profile upon checkout successfully. Alternatively, you may go to My Account > Edit Profile/Password, click on the Edit button of Shipping Address and then update the shipping address accordingly.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
To modify/cancel your order, please write in to email@example.com with your request. Please remember to quote the order number. Please note that once the status states “Completed”, you cannot cancel your order.
