Payment can be made via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit cards) or via PayPal.


Every effort has been made to ensure the quality and condition of your Product.

Please read our general return policy for consumable and non-consumable items below. Kindly note that some products may have a specific return and exchange policy, which may override this.

Returns (Consumables items)

We are unable to accept any returns on consumables products – ie, vitamins, supplements, cosmetics or any other item that can be consumed or used up.

Returns (Non-Consumables item only, only if item is defective or damaged)

If there are defects in the product or it arrives damaged during delivery, a full refund will be made. The customer is required to inform HealthScoop via email within 3 days of receipt of order, along with proof of defect or damage in the form of photographs or videos. We will advise you on the next steps to take.

Please retain the original packaging, as the product must be sent back with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the condition in which the item is in once it gets back to us. Please pack items carefully, especially for fragile items.

Making a Warranty Claim

Some products are covered by a supplier’s warranty. Please refer to details at the respective product page. For assistance with warranty claims, please contact the respective warranty service provider. This is usually on the warranty card that comes attached with the product.

Cancellation Of Order

Cancellation of orders must be communicated to HealthScoop via email within 2 hours of order confirmation; such cancellations will incur a cancellation charge of twenty percent (20%) of the order value. Any other cancellations after two hours will not be entertained.
