Can sensitive or super dry skin consumer use this product?

•  Yes they can, the product can be used with all skin types.

What cause the tingling sensation? Is it due to the micro-needling technology ?

• The cutting-edge technology with microneedles not only allows the active ingredients to penetrate deeper into the skin, where they can be more effective than if they were just applied on top of the skin, it also contributes to increase the collagen production. It may give some slightly stingy sensation upon application, not found in other conventional topical products, but this is to ensure better penetration.

Can you advise why the product cannot be applied around the eye contour? If the consumer do it, will there be any issue?

• Using the product on the eye contour involves the risk of getting the product in the eyes. This should be avoided. That is why we mention to avoid the eye contour.

I understand the product is recommended to use within 24 hours after opening. However, most have feedback they can use the product for at least two – three days after opening. Is the product still good to use after 48 hours? Will the efficacy be affected?

• No the efficacy will not be affected the only thing is that the ampoules can’t be closed again so there is a risk on contamination and evaporation of the product.
